Yolanda Lane
Yolanda Lane brings experience in both homes sales and loans. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent and Mortgage Loan Originator, she is also a Notary Public. Born and raised in Berkeley, she has three children and one grandson who is her pride and joy. When not helping seniors she enjoys reading, playing the piano, and singing in her church choir.
Miren R. Alvarez
Miren has been working in the mortgage business for 11 years, and specializing in Reverse Mortgages for over 5 years
now. Previous to this, Miren worked for the Pacific Stock Exchange for 13 years. She is also a bonded California Notary Public since 1999. Having seen first hand how a Reverse Mortgage helped her own parents finally enjoy their retirement years free of financial stress, Miren decided to join Bay Area Reverse Mortgage so that she would not be limited to one lender or program when working with her clients. As a Certified Senior Advisor, she has read all the fine print and has made it her goal to educate seniors so at a minimum, they are at least aware of all their options, regardless if it’s a Reverse Mortgage or not. Miren is half Basque/ half Spanish and was raised in the Phillippines. She is recently married and is currently living in San Francisco with her husband and their dog, Rocky, and Canary, Pavarotti.
